If you’re a complete beginner or looking to take on more advanced challenges, our professional coaches are here to help you succeed. We also make fitness fun! With equipment like sprung floors, beams, bars, trampolines, and foam pits, you’ll have everything you need to take your training to the next level. Even if you’re working on basic skills like cartwheels and handstands or pushing yourself to land front somersaults, round-offs, handsprings, and back tumbling, the possibilities are endless.

You can step into the exhilarating world of aerial circus and experience what it’s like to move powerfully through the air. In this class, you’ll train on apparatus such as Lyra (aerial hoop), silks, and trapeze, building strength, coordination, and confidence with every session. You’ll learn dynamic skills, explore creative movement, and begin to craft your own short routines—combining technique with personal expression. Whether you’re spinning, climbing, or holding striking poses mid-air, each class offers a challenging, energising escape from the everyday.
