 We offer both structured classes and supervised free play, giving you the freedom to use the gym in whatever way helps you reach your goals.

Our structured classes are all about you—designed to meet your personal fitness objectives, no matter where you’re starting from. Whether you want to build strength, improve flexibility, enhance endurance, or develop new skills, these sessions are your opportunity to push yourself. If you’re a complete beginner or looking to take on more advanced challenges, our professional coaches are here to help you succeed. Tell us what you want to achieve, and we’ll create a plan to help you crush it.

We also make fitness fun! With equipment like sprung floors, beams, bars, trampolines, and foam pits, you’ll have everything you need to take your training to the next level. Even if you’re working on basic skills like cartwheels and handstands or pushing yourself to land front somersaults, round-offs, handsprings, and back tumbling, the possibilities are endless.

Don’t miss out on our “supervised free play” sessions! After a quick warm-up and some basic skills practice, you’ll have the freedom to explore the gym however you like. If you want basic coaching on something specific, or just want to socialise with friends in a fun environment. The more you put in, the more you’ll get out!

Take a look at our calisthenics classes!  Calisthenics is a dynamic strength training method focused on building strength, fitness, balance, and skill using just your bodyweight.

Our classes are led by Daniel Griefahn, a former Guinness World Record holder for muscle-ups, who’s passionate about calisthenics and helping others push the limits of their bodies strength.
Sign up for 4-week training blocks and master the techniques and conditioning for moves like handstands, push-ups, chin-ups, muscle-ups, human flags, planches, and more!
These sessions are perfect for all fitness levels and abilities. We also offer private 1-on-1 and group sessions tailored to your needs.
